How to book a repair:
- Use the form above to let us know the problem.
- Choose how you will get the pushchair to us.
- Add to basket and complete the payment process.
- Once we receive your order, we will call you to book your drop off/courier collection.
If you choose to drop your Baby Jogger off at our repair centre.
We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday apart from Bank Holidays. We will let you know when the repair is complete and you can collect your pushchair.

If you choose to arrange a courier collection and return, we will contact you by telephone to arrange the collection by our selected courier.
When we receive your baby jogger, we will inspect it and let you know if any spare parts are needed and how much these will cost.
We will repair your Baby Jogger and arrange to return it to you via courier.

How much does it cost?
The price you pay when you check out covers the repair labour.
When your BabyJogger arrives, one of our engineers will take a look at the problem and will contact you to let you know if any spare parts are required to fix it.
Spare parts are not included in the repair fee and will be charged once the repair is complete.
