This life-sized Egret is handcrafted using recycled materials. I used a small garden shovel for its head, 1" tubing for its graceful neck, a flat metal shovel for the body, and a 1/2 steel rebar for the legs and feet. All body parts are painted. The bird will look great in your front or backyard and is a one-of-kind metal sculpture as well as a wonderful conversation piece.

The bird is available standing on one leg or standing on both legs. Buy one of each so they can keep each other company or display one in the back yard and one in the front yard. :-)

To prevent the wind or other critters from knocking it over, this magnificent bird comes with a metal stem to screw into the bottom of its foot allowing it to be anchored into the ground/grass where it will stand tall for all to see.

The bird comes in 4 pieces which are easily assembled by screwing all of the pieces together. No tools needed.
