If you are purchasing a made-to-order or custom helmet and are unsure of your size, we strongly recommend purchasing our insurance policy. This would need to be purchased at the time of ordering your helmet and will cost you just £50; it will give you peace of mind that if the helmet does not fit, it can be returned (within 14 days of having received) for a new helmet in your correct size.

One size exchange only per policy holder and the helmet will be the exact same design specifications as the original helmet. The insurance does not apply to refunds, in the case that you request a refund, you will only be entitled to 50% (excluding all postage fees incurred).

By deselecting this insurance, you will only be able to claim 50% of the item's price in case of return for refund.
